The Management of VHA-Corporate Services Ltd (VHA) is pleased to announce the divestiture of Bizitek Bilgisayar Yazılım ve Internet Teknolojileri A.Ş. by the Probil Group.

VHA initiated the transaction with Ericsson Turkey and acted as an advisor to the shareholders of Bizitek.

Bizitek is a specialist IT company in the fields of Customer relationship Management, Business Process Management and Human Resource Management. The company’s software products Emptor CRM, Netflow BPM and Stars HCM are class-leading. Bizitek was awarded the 1st place in the CRM Category of the "Top 500 IT Company Research" which is an objective ranking of IT companies in Turkey based on their sales revenue performances.
